Purchases from a seller
You withdraw from a purchase from a seller trading as a business on the order itself. A purchase from a private individual carries no statutory right of withdrawal.
You can also withdraw by writing to support@philmarket.eu. A clear statement is enough, and the model withdrawal form is in the terms.
